I make a lot of cash trades via Team Fortress 2, and I was just emailed by Paypal that someone by the name of Elan Canfield (someone who paid me $10 for a tf2 trade) contacted her credit card company, and filed that she doesn't remember paying for the item. I looked on my paypal account, and it said that the transaction was completed, and they took $10 from my paypal, along with another $20 just because she filed the complaint, and then took the money. I've been without internet for the past week or two because my family recently switched to cable, and my computer needs to be hardwired, and we haven't found anyone able to do the job. This was during the time that the complaint was filed, so I wasn't able to do anything about it. I'm still not on my computer, which makes it very inconvenient to fix this.
If anyone has any recommendations, or any suggestions on how to fix this issue, please let me know asap. I'm very upset.
