This guy was blazing around spawn camping with speed hacks and aim botting. He also had some kind of random name generator. He was successfully vote kicked out.

That name is most likely from the name generator and not the hackers, and I would assume you guys votekicked the wrong user as I only see one votekick for a different user. Tho on the plus side, that is probably the hackers steam id.
