What's the deal with the 1400x1050 resolution on TF2 is anyone else having this problem ?I used to have 1080p I have checked 3 other computers and it's the same thing no 1080p. The DVI or the HDMI doesn't do crap. Can someone tell me if they found a way around this problem I want 1080p back. I noticed if i run TF2 in a window mode it is 1080p but that shit is tiny no way I can play like that I want full screen 1080p back

By 1080p I assume you mean a widescreen output, not interlaced, which is 1920x1080(thus the 1080 part, not 1050). If your card used to display this, or your Monitor/TV upscaled this I'd look to those things being the root of your issue.
Alternatively if your desktop resolution is 1400x1050 and you had TF2 forced to 1920x1080 I'm sure there's a config variable you can try forcing it to, but it begs the question - why not just switch to a proper resolution (assuming of course it is 16:9 and not 16:10) for your desktop experience?

Yeah... just find the native res of your monitor and use it.
Make sure your aspect ratio is set correctly or it won't display options using different ones.
