So i just noticed this cinematic mod by FAKEFACTORY. I don't know if any one else here knows this but I couldn't find any posts related to it here.

From what i can tell, its still in progress but so far, looks great.
I'm still installing it now but I'll test it tomorrow. (download is 8.6GB)
