I do not know anything about class restrictions or bans. Whoever runs the server can pretty much decide whatever rules they want. I just think there is a line between goofing off and griefing. You want to run around boxing dudes or whatever thats one thing but denying other people to play the game because you want to uber buddy that is an enemy spy or holding the intel and passing it back and forth is another. Even on a 32 person public server like this one, tf2 is still a game and the maps have game types and if you join a server that plays them you should be playing the game type to some extent.

Ban everything but Scout, Spy, Engineer, and Medic.

Scout and Spy are the only classes that require some form of skill, and Medic and Engineer are the only classes that are credit to team. Everything else is just damage.
