I have a question about GreenDot MoneyPaks for Paypal.

I made a new account on Paypal recently. I checked the limits, and it said I have a $0.00 sending limit.

On another post I made, someone said that cashing in money to paypal through MoneyPaks will increase my limits depending on how much I cash in.

Is this true?
