They're actually non-existent. The only one that existed at one point was the very first one Pilk received during the API test drop. However, after that was done, they realized the cap was dropped with the wrong rarity so Robin fixed it up and gave him another.

Is that how it works? I never bothered to watch the special... Rather, the entire thing. I turned it on and promptly lost interest because Courage the Cowardly dog was on.
