Have a proper feedback thread or "section" uniquely assigned to each person when they register. Where you can do positive/neutral/negative feedback and comment like that of eBay's feedback system. That way you don't have problems with people losing their rep thread, posting it in the wrong area and relocation of their rep thread.
Lmk if you like it ^^

SOPs forums primary focus is not being an ebay for tf2 items, but forums for the gaming servers. The rep section creation was not for expanding sop into a trading community but more for a logistical issue that unintentionally ended up having people posting threads into the wrong sections of the forums due to them being buried by "rep" threads in the current "trade chat" section. The limitation of the creation of threads in the "rep" section is only temporary to prevent non compliant threads form being posted until the majority of compliant rep threads are moved. And finally, we are extremely limited in what we can do with the current forums software.
I hope that I addressed your issue tho probably not the outcome you preferred to hear.
