I think the sourceop should be very much like adminop. The building capabilities were awsome. And if you could make another enmap or somthing, I think that would be pretty cool. I would say, just base sourceop with adminop. c4 for medis, mines for soldiers, hooks, radios, trails etc. all the good stuff.

And as far as the ent gun. Keep it the same model. Theres nothing like good old memories of the old ent gun. Since its source, i think it would look alot better.
