Not sure if this is the right area to post this question or not. You know some HL2 DM servers that you join and they have intro music and sounds users can play. Such as, benny, autinpowers, no, yes, die, hehe etc. Is this a mod? If so, how does one get his hands on it. I have searched the crap out of google the last couple days with no luck.

Does anyone have a link to some instructions for setting up what the op has asked for?
I have been searching for this for several weeks. I know it's possible, I just don't know where to put sounds and set it up.
