I know SourceOP is mostly for TF2 trading, tho with diablo 3 launching and the RL money trade system within the game will SourceOP allow sales and trades of Diablo 3 items on the page ?.

There will be ofc a few upsides for it such as a larger community and so on and ofc a few downsides aswell.

While I'm sure there will be a good number of people click click clicking their way though to find the loots in D3, the same rules will apply to other games with in-game trading: if it isn't through steam (thus the admins can do a bit of investigating) it won't be allowed.
Though it's something to consider closer to the release date, but I'm doubtful the rule will change.
