So I was on sourceop with DrunkenFool and I got banned for Wallhack and ban evasion . So Im guessing any player with a kdeath of 2.0 + is hacking right ? Can you please at least show me a demo of how I was hacking ?

You were constantly shooting players in anticipation before they came around corners. You've also been banned for this before under a different SteamID as well as been votekicked at least once for suspected cheating.

my old ID was stolen and never retrieved so I bought this game on another account and its been like this for a long time already so its possible the person who stole my account (with the same name) came on this server im not sure to be honest however it was a long time ago. I was not cheating and if you have a demo could I please contest it and killing people around corners doesn't mean your cheating thats just what I do oh and I've been doing.

I have the old demo from February still. No, it wasn't someone who stole your account who was playing on the server the first time you were banned because the IP addresses match.

I can't play the old demo because TF2 updates break demos. But I remember that demo made it pretty obvious. The new demo one of my admins took today while we were watching you is short and doesn't really show you doing much.

I'm getting banned for this ? you stabbed two snipers on the sniper deck and I went after you . Then I clearly passed you by and did not notice you then I went and looked left behind a wall (and no one was there btw) and almost got owned by a soldier. This is proof ? Come on this video makes me look like a scrub and I seen you in the cut I just ran away cause I had to reload then i seen the soldier on top otherwise i would have went after you.

The video doesn't really show him being very suspicious, but it's all any admin recorded. However, the rocket against the soldier on the battlements is slightly suspicious. Also, Speedy really likes the demo because of the raging Drunken F00l.

Clearly you wouldn't remember being banned if your account was stolen as you said here:

If your account was stolen the IP's wouldn't be the same. Unless someone broke into your house and used your computer to hack that wouldn't make any sense.

Almost every single person that's ever been banned from SourceOP (and probably any server) for hacking comes on here and says "My account was stolen" or "My brother, friend, cousin, uncle, dog, pet robot, ect. was on and doing it not me"

These are the most common excuses because they're next to impossible to prove and completely absolve the person who was banned of any responsibility.

Bottom line is your account and IP are yours. What happens on them is your responsibility not that of any servers admins or owners.
