DataStorm insults WombRaider and then we talk about guns

It's literally 1 XLS sheet for each category in a country-by-country view, with the data summarized, not thousands of pages. And how does the Netherlands count murders different from the rest of the civilized world?

was meaning the asault and theft. Laws differ from country to country, and those comparison sheet only take the publicated general stuff, but are not comparing exactly for the offenses. Also measurements are bit different, here they add a imaginary number to it for "estimated" actual number, for not-reported stuff etc.

This is in a lesser extend on murders etc, we got differentation on that too here.

So those "general" comparisations don't make much impression on me.

Till those are worldwide standardised, the bean counters just have to work with that. Ofcourse this never will happen, not in my lifetime anyways cos laws differ from country to country.

I did read so much bout it somewhere in 2002, when I was considering to work for interpol. Friend of mine works there... didn't go for it in the end.

dance, puppets

The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the State.
