Knew he was on the cheater list for a while, never knew why. Always just seemed like a good soldier/demo to me.
What did he do?

The Cheater thing has always been there. It just means that he is banned from the ranks for various point inflating things (reconnecting before dieing, repeatedly building sentries, etc.).
