cp_degrootkeep as well as koth_sawmill, koth/cp_badlands, ctf_doublecross, ctf_2fort etc are all server killers. I don't think the rotation has to change, since the server is based on an all Valve rotation, but I do think now is the time rtv needs to be enabled for all players.
