I can log in here no problem, but can NOT log into TF2items backpack viewer. I have reset my password, but nothing works for the backpack viewer. Any thoughts/help? Thanks.

What do you mean by "nothing works". Is it saying incorrect username/password or something else? If it's incorrect password, send me a PM and we can reset it.

There is no password reset for tf2items.com. Maybe you are confused and think your login here works over there? It doesn't. They are separate.
