EDIT: Just watched reptiles video and OOOOMMMMGGGG makes me want to play soldier. I especially like the commented portion at the end of the video.. was that from a podcast or something i can download? i want to watch the entire match with commentary =/

That was from pwnage.tv which shut down for the time being due to a lack of corporate funding or some shit. They may come back according to a steam announcement though.

I have like 7 of the pwnage.tv episodes downloaded but they are like 500mb wmv files. lol. I got them from pwnage.tv back when the site was up. You may be able to search around and find some around the net though.

Vids like that made me get into competitive play. That guy is sick sick sick and from what I hear one of the best soldiers in the game today.

You know the second most impressive part of that video? At 0:17 where his rocket makes the soldier fly to the right and he still compensates and puts one where the soldier lands.

in that second pwnage.tv clip, towards the end (around 4minutes 30seconds) the developer talks about Crit Mechanics, very interesting, as i had no idea they worked that way.
when you fire your weapon, it does a mathematical eqation and takes the sum of the damage you've done in the last 20 seconds and increases your chance to crit based on that damage, the ceiling is around 20%. so more damage = higher chance to crit.
thats REALLY interesting.
