So due to the fact that I know I wasn't spamming but instead having a very interesting conversation with someone who seemed to be a troll or a child/teen trying to get a rise out of someone. And at the very end of it he was done because either he was gagged or he wasn't getting a rise thats when the conversation stopped. I can't remember who made a comment about said player but all I said was "Exactly". Agreeing with the other players point, and then I was gagged. I'm not sure if the gag was indefinite or for a certain amount of time but basically I stopped having the conversation with a player by the name "ha ha ha" who was the one trying to get the rise out of someone. Then I simply asked Butane why I was gagged. He gave the reason that he warned me yet I had my eyes on chat and didn't see a warning, At the end of the conversation is when he gave a warning that I did see. So I stopped having the conversation, after the gag I simply was asking him for an explanation and he kept giving me this response "no complaints on the server take it to forums" and that's understandable but I wasn't making a complaint I was simply asking for an explanation. During that I was dumb-founded basically my brain was thinking "If this guy is a higher tier admin why isn't he being responsible" then I got the ban and I honestly scoffed, cause someone who seemed to be a good admin an admin i've seen take action against those in the wrong proceeded to ban someone who was simply asking a Question. And was not complaining.

You were gagged for arguing with another user after multiple warnings to both parties to drop it. Both parties were gagged. The followup ban was for continuing to press the issue after I already directed you to take it to the forums per server rules, ban will not be lifted.

Ok but I don't understand how I was arguing, and how is arguing bad I know that in some cases it is, but it was just some "troll" trying to get a rise, and I wasn't giving it to him instead was having fun. That which was why I was asking for an explanation for the gag. When you said last warning I dropped talking to the other player but after I agreed with another player about something I said "exactly" and then I was gagged. And you didn't say stop pressing the issue all you said was "take it to forums, no complaints on the server" and like I said before I was looking for an explanation, I have that now which is great it gets me more to the point of understanding all of this. Not trying to be a "dink" but if possible can you get the chat logs?

[B]Long Answer: [/B] If you have any questions, comments or snide remarks regarding rules or Admins or the combination of the two in action, take it to the forums instead. Doing so on the server is disrupting others from enjoying the game and will in almost all certainty, get you an extended break from the server.

As to what I believe I followed your warning cause you said last warning and I to my knowledge I didn't recall any but as previous experiences entail from being an admin to being administered, Final warning means stop. So I did.

I don't understand is the thing. I can understand the ban because I pestered when you told me to take it to forums but even then still it does help to give a slight explanation. (Personal Opinion)
