Basically Monster is Suing a Vermont based Micro Brewery because he has a beer called Vermonster that he made as a 10 year Anniversary bottling even though he holds the copyright to the name Vermonster.

Breweries are always suing each other over similar usage of names/labels. Most people can't differentiate between one beer and another. Hence the reason why breweries fight tooth and nail over brand recognition.

maybe if their beers weren't all watery bro-fuel that tastes like fucking garbage (including, but not limited to: bud, coors, heinekin, keystone, anything mexican, fosters, PBR, and natural ice) then people could taste the difference.

There are differences between types of beer, i.e., mead vs. bock vs stout, etc etc. Since most peeps prefer lagers though, you would be hard pressed to find a taste difference. I will suggest(however unpopular) that one should drink their beer at room(21 Celsius or about 71 Fahrenheit)temperature. This 'warmer' beer really does bring out the subtle taste differences between beers.

There are very few beers that this actually works for, and they are usually more expensive than people want to spend on beer. (the only beers I could find that it actually helped to drink at room temperature were upwards of 20$ a bottle.)
