I have been perm banned from that server see here:

Let me just explain that i wasn't cheating at all, i had been using the recording demo tool , and pressed fast forward and i believe that does change the host framerate.
Then connected to the PropHunt server(74.55.49.244:27015) and while connecting got banned >_> for the reason ""host_framerate set to 60""

Could you please do something?
