So a lot of servers are dead, why dont we add bots to help get them started?

Dont get me wrong, bots suck but Im pretty sure they are better than an empty server. Looks like a lot of servers have implemented them successfully.

In the meantime servers are either empty or running low, not to mention donations. Bots are just a means to an end which is to get people on the servers. I'm glad it's not a concern to anyone tho.

You should be backhanded for even thinking of this.

Bot's also will put the server ranking down and people will possibly black-list the server as well. That's not exactly what we want.

TF2 has been on the decline for over a year. Half the SouceOP servers are inexplicably laggy, and the rest are full of people that don't donate. The forums 9and game in general) are overrun with idiots who only play the trading game. The game itself has reached an unplayable extreme level of absurdity that has essentially removed any and all semblance of remaining skill based play in favor of goofiness.

Filling a server with bots won't solve any of those problems.

Mann Vs Machine was a nice fresh and fun game mode, but I think it was too late.

The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the State.
