I don't know anything about SOP, but if you can run code at the end of the round and poll player scores, you should be able to parse them and execute code after evaluating them. It's all mute though if there's already more to it than "two wins in a row = scramble." My main reasoning is that scramble is a good tool to have, but it should be applied more sparingly.
