I sure hope he isn't exempt from the zero tolerance policy you have just because he's a regular.

was on this morning he started to talk crap to me for no reason then said it was because hes mad for me removing him from efriends list; harassment continued for 3 maps then said he didn't care if he got in trouble because he was moving away; i shortly then left.
nookie and fagballs were also there, and telling him to stfu but noone had the heart to votekick a reg (and fellow emcer).

you're lying, and if DF would take the time to look through any logs he has on that specific date and time it would prove it.
edit: more specifically you're lying about not saying anything racist. it's true that i was being an asshole, but i did have a reason (that being you were a total tool to me a few days before when i had said absolutely

Your comments weren't even messing around in nature. And if you know I "always take it to heart" then you intentionally did it to grief/harass me, therefore: you "messing around" = harassment/griefing me, that even you yourself don't deny.
