Thing is I have had issues trying to even get micro transactions like 1 bills or <10 keys. I guess its just a matter of biting the bullet till u get enough Rep to be able actuallybuy things. If only tf2 would add a AH system like diabolic or WoW....

You just gotta keep working at it. Search until you find someone who will sell to you, it shouldn't be that hard to buy 5-10 keys if you take a little bit to search for a seller.
