What's the moral of the story? Omega is right. Trolling's purpose is to be inflammatory and to get a rise out of people. People talk shit for all kinds of different reasons but rarely is it simply for a reaction. A little smack talk can be fun and egg on the spirit of competition, but belittling people on a server open to the public is just retarded. If that's your point then I agree. Also, you're a good writer.
