It was probably a network issue that the host has resolved by now. I also increased the max rates on that server which may have helped as well.

but if you increased max rates, wouldn't every client have to increase theirs, or does it automatically max itself out now?

Yeah it stopped for me as well about two days ago. Everything is well in the land of Goldrush.

I'm pretty sure as long as client-side is set higher, it caps at the server max. AKA automatically adjusting. I'm not positive though.
