I PMed you about the one but now for some reason I can't PM you the info you wanted so problem 1:
The error was
Unable to upload file
DEBUG MODE
Line : 223
File : usercp_avatar.php
And problem 2 when trying to send PM's i get
Invalid Session. Please resubmit the form.
over and over.

It seems that the first error is cause by uploading a gif image that doesn't have a gif extension.
The second error could probably be solved by logging out and then back in.

Think i go the image thing now on what to fix but still gettign Invalid Session. on PM's.

And you tried logging out then logging in? Does it give a file and line number? What is the exact error message?

Well, that's fine. I was worried you were using SourceOP.net or something. SourceOP.com should work fine.
What steps are you using to send a private message? Maybe copy and paste the URL after each step.
