player named "Box" chat spams " flat, paper based material" and also blocked the respawn. He then tried to votekick me for asking him to stop.

"Hank Hill Assistant Manager SP" - for chat spamming "ownt" and blocking respawn.
Somehow they hover in mid air in the main respawn back doorway.

we have votekicked them and they keep comign back doing the same stuff over and over.
