I have a question about cheating. I have never accused anyone of cheating before. The other day, very late at night (5am), there was a sniper named "pink" in ctf_well.

There were quite a few good players on the map, but the scoreboard didn't reflect that. pink had about 88 points while the next highest person had 22. He would be getting 3-5 headshots in about 5 second windows. Whenever the door opened to the 2nd and 4th cap points, if someone of the other team was there, they would instantly die.

Playing as a soldier, the headshots very rarely killed me, because they were snapshots with no time to charge up.

When I asked my team in voice chat what they thought about this guy, half of them said it's bs, but Sergeant Balls and one other [u!] guy said that he was legit. When I asked how they knew they just said they did.

I assume having a headshot hack allows you to enable/disable it so you aren't entirely obvious... but how do you draw the line between a cheater and a pro? I'd never seen this guy before... so it was quite suspicious.

Pink? Nah, he's new, but I don't think he cheats. Everyone said the same thing about Kia when he first joined.

What's crazy about this post is I was going to post something about this but the Pyro update came out and I forgot all about it, lol. But yea, I would have to agree, with paw on this one. I do believe he may be using scripts and which is not hacking or using a bot but using a method of advantage. I heard of scripts people can use that are virtually undetecable like spy double jumps and such where you can jump along any wall to do another jump to reach other places spys are not originally suppossed to reach.

Anyway, earlier i did happen to take a screenshot of Pink's score because i did find it oddly suspicious how his score was SOOOO much more higher than his other teammates. I wish there was a true way to know if he (or she) is or isn't cheating because it's not fair to some of the other people on the server that play fair if it is so.

I saw a heavy double jumping in valve maps once that VAC clearly wasn't catching. People were joking about it and it was 6am so there were almost no regulars on.

I permabanned him no questions asked once I saw the heavy double jumping with my own eyes.

I haven't seen this Pink fellow in the server at all. But judging from that screen shot, I'd suspect he is hacking or has some sort of script exploit going on. 218? Each map runs about 30-35 minutes on average ya?...you can see right next to it that not even MrCrow has that many points. That score is way suspicious. When I thought Kia was hacking I don't think I ever saw his scores reach that high...

i played with him in a few servers (also a friend of mine), also have plans on recruiting him. Personally i dont think he cheats, myself and xctacy have gone up against him and he misses his shots just like anyone. you would need an aimbot with a sniper (toggle on and off) to get a score that high (obviously) and experienced players can tell the diff. between a good sniper and a good cheater...hey for all i know he hides it really well...also, his stats sheet isnt outrageous, Xctacy's had better numbers sniping then he has
