It has been a few times now that I get kicked while I'm spectating during a Sudden Death round. Shouldn't ppl who are dead be able to stay on the server without getting kicked by the console (my guess is for inactivity?).

The idle timeout is three minutes. Sudden death is longer than three minutes. Thus, if you die early and do absolutely nothing while dead (don't even switch who you're spectating), you will be kicked.
