The static maps, tr_airshot_v0 and tr_rocket_shooting2 are decent for the basics of timing but the best map for practice would have to be ctf_bball2. Hit those guys in the air or the ground and you're doing good.

The fact that the rocket shots were done in one take makes it even better. It's easy to do it a bunch of times separately and compile a video of that, but all in a row is pretty tough to do and takes some real skill.

If you think that's amazing, then try watching Reptile's videos. I've played with Frozenshift(guy in the vid) a couple of times before and can vouch for his ability to pull off the same shit on real people.

Have you ever had a chance to play against wonderwall? I've played him several times on bball and he can pull off some of the wildest stuff. I've never played against him on a "real" map though...
